    Message system glitched


    My message list refuses to update on my console or xbox.com, however i can view messages through the xbox app. This has been a problem ever since 6/1/17, and it is really becoming annoying. If anyone knows how to fix this, please help.

    Avoiding XBL PM spam?

    This probably has bothered you too at some point. If I'm playing a popular game, no matter what I do, I always end up getting bombarded with messages.
    Whenever I play some drop-in matches in FIFA 13, I always end up getting FIFA Ultimate Team 'duplication glitch' scammers and things like that.
    Is there a way to turn off the messaging system so that I won't even get these messages?

    Accessing my account.

    Microsoft may be having problems on their end, they may not even know about it yet, give it 24 hours, it should be back to normal, usually i come back within hours and that glitched in system message disappears.

    this is usually not a result of a Hack, but if you want to be sure, check the things on this link to be able to determine if you might have been hacked:

    www.xbox.com/.../What-To-Do

    If you don't think you have been hacked the best thing to do is to check if all information like address and payment options is still correct at
    http://billing.microsoft.com.

    If all is correct and still experiencing problems I advise to contact Xbox Support via
    support.xbox.com/contact-us they should be able to see what the problem is and help you solve it.

    That is a glitch in the system. If you have payed for the game and downloaded it then disregard the buy now message
