Message screen on console won't stop loading

I am able to send messages on my Xbox app with no problem but when I go to send a message on console, it gives me a circle loading icon that never stops at the top right of the screen. I've searched as much as I could about this and I can't find anybody
having the same problem as me. It is not an error code that says I just "cant send messages", it's just that silly loading icon. Please help, so inconvenient!

I had the same issue not too worry it goes away pal, i left mine for a couple hours and just used my app and noticed it was fixed, or you could restart your console.
