Message saying "Failed to upload clip to xbox live/OneDrive"

My captures have not been uploading to xbox live or OneDrive , I though it has something to do with my OneDrive being full and after emptying it I can now upload to OneDrive but not Xbox Live.

Upload Studio Hasn't Worked Since October

I have been making clips for a while, and before the November update I haven't had any issues. Ever since then, every time I edit a clip and attempt to upload it, it gets to about 99% and then I get a message saying the clip couldn't be uploaded. It's been
about a month since I tried it last, but when I tried to upload a clip today, it claimed to successfully upload it to OneDrive, but couldn't upload it to Upload Studio. I checked OneDrive, and got a message saying the file failed to share. I have no idea what
the issue is. My network is all open and there are no service issues. I would really like to be able to upload clips again, but nothing I try seems to help, and I'm getting sick of waiting 45 minutes to upload a 5 minute clip only to have it fail, and whats
worse, all of the voiceover and editing is lost once I close Upload Studio.

What happens when you try to upload a clip? Are you trying to use Upload Studio to do this? Are you seeing any error messages or error codes at all?

Does this happen with any game you try to upload a clip with?

I have the same problem, sometimes screenshots automatically not upload and when you try to manually upload, notification pops (upload a screenshot on Xbox Live failed). At a later turn on the console, has been able to upload it.

 

Same issue, not fixed. Seemed to start with last update. Cortana (when Kinect is on) says she recorded the game clip, but in the notifications sidebar, after every clip, it says Gameclip failed to upload to Xboxlive. They are not in the app on the PC,
nowhere to be found. This has occurred with BF4 and Mirror's Edge Catalyst, started around July 25.

Is it a bug with latest preview update, or what?

To check, do the clips eventually appear? Sometimes it can take a short while for them to appear in Upload Studio. Have you also been able to test this with any other games? Let us know, we're happy to help out.

 

This is because the recent update has removed the option to save clips and any others delete after 30 days. It's a storage issue and you need to delete clips to keep space for further clips I only figured this out after some constant investigation.

I made a clip tonight and it won't show in my feed or captures unless i go to manage capture in upload studio. When I go to share it, it says "something went wrong" so I thought waiting a while and then trying would fix and it didn't work. I even tried re-uploading
it and still no go. Any other clips, captures, or posts will show up but not this one clip. Has anyone else had this issue?

just after reading this im curious as to why the unidentified user need to explain more when its basically not uploading a CAPTURE (VIDEO OR SCREENSHOT) through xbox live? he said one drive works, but nothing else does, you got enough information. why don't
you just ask for the code instead of wasting time?

 

I am having the same issue, though in my case it uploads to Xbox Live fine, but when trying to upload to OneDrive it fails immediately. All network checks indicate the console is fine as far as that is concerned. Was fine days prior. Should note that I had
to have my modem changed recently from my ISP because a lightning strike knocked out elements of it, but again the network checks show it is fine, except for OneDrive uploads.

When I try to upload the clip, everything is fine except when it comes time to upload to OneDrive where it instantly fails.

Yes, Upload Studio is being used.

No, no error messages being seen.

So far the only game I've been using it with (& it worked fine up to a couple of days ago) is Forza Motorsport 6.
