Message profanity lightning fast comm bans

I have been with Xbox since the release of the Xbox 360 meeting new friendly and toxic people on this journey. With the new addition to this profanity ban or possibly due to the ambassador role, me and other friends have been comm banned nearly instantly
after talking **** to another player who harasses us, shortly after messaging getting comm banned for literally for what this other player has just said. I have posted this issue as it doesn't get enough attention for you to look into. I hope in near future
this is changed to either no profanity security where players can all talk **** without getting banned or the more easy option to include all curse words to the profanity filter. Do what you will and fast.

Unfortunately there are people out there that do this intentionally just to get you to violate the code of conduct and when you do they then report the message to the enforcement team. Just to get the person suspended.

The best thing to do in cases like this is to not respond to them and to report them and block them.

The profanity filter is there for a reason.Swearing of any kind is not allowed on xbox live.Just because someone did it first does not make it ok for you to do it back.

Steeledwand's advice is exactly what you should do in these situations.

If you must respond to someone then do it in a way that does not violate the ToU/CoC.

Not sure what you meant by the ambassador role having a affect on this,ambassadors are just normal gamers & have no authority to ban anyone.

Toxic people are everywhere unfortunately. Best to ignore or just mute them so they can't bother you.

I am not sure what you're trying to say but whenever. I get trash talk after a game or something. I'd simply ignore them and report for harassment. If I keep getting messages from that person, I use the mute option.

Log in with your Xbox/Microsoft account, and click the big orange hammer on the left. You can request a detailed explanation of your comm-ban if you are able to submit a case review.

I don't know for sure, but maybe the XBLPET deleted the violating message after they issued your comm-ban. Usual scenarios for comm-bans include profanity over the mic and/or text messages to other players.
