Message notyfication dont show

Now i delete all my messege. On this time i feell progress, loadind income send messege automatically but still no have notification. Only try hard reset, first coppy my game to usb disc , try catch memeory power reset. Still same problem, xbox beta app
have notyficatin.

But i dont try console and router reset. I try and send respond thank you

Why i must reset soft ,when i try two times hard reser, dont understand

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue currently being experienced. I can totally understand how this could be pretty distressing. I suggest a soft factory reset if you have not done one so far.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Once you have verified that your network is set up adequately and you know all the sign in information for your gamertags, follow the steps here on How
to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One and select the option denoted reset and keep your games & apps.
