    Message notifications not working


    so I'm not sure when this started happening but my message notifications stopped working on my phone. I checked my settings on my phone and all notifications are allowed. In app the box for message notifications WILL NOT stay checked. I'm assuming that's
    why I'm not getting notifications but nothing I do will keep that box checked PLEASE HELP

    Hey Sh00ters! Are you using an iPhone? Try setting the clock to 24 hour and let me know if that helps. Thanks!

    Same, new update and I haven't had message notifications all day (22-dec-2016), but they worked last night (21-dec-2016). Uninstalled app and reinstalled, no fix.

    For some reason ever since the update came out I can't get any message notifications. I have to constantly go back to the dashboard and go to my messages to see if I have gotten anything. And when I do go to messages it takes a long time for them
    load and for my messages to send. I did an hard reset and I even changed around some settings then changed then back to the way they was, restarted the console, signed in and out of my account, but nothing works. I am slighty getting annoyed because I been
    missing out on some stuff. Everything else is working fine but not the messages. Any suggestions?
