    This Xbox app was really good until a few weeks ago , now when you go on messages it freezes then crashes the app .

    If you want people to use the Xbox app then sort this issue out immediately.

    This needs fixing now

    Not had a really big issue with parties. I just hope they enable you to send voice messages.... What the hell were they thinking???

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This is something we have a team working on currently, are you able to send and receive messages through xbox.com or on the Xbox console without any issues presently?

    Finally a response, but with only questions and not answers. Mine has been broken since the last update. Everything else works perfectly.

    So to clarify BlueTiger54, the issue is only happening with you on iOS devices correct? Which version iOS are you running (are you running a technical BETA as well?) and please try the steps on this guide

    HERE     to see if it helps out with the issue.

    Hey all, please try to visit
    account.live.com/reputationcheck     and then enter in your phone number on the account. This will take you to a page to confirm your basic information on your account as well as update your security proofs. After doing this, please try to sign out of the Xbox
    App on iOS and then back in to see if it helps.

    Go to
    https://account.live.com/proofs/Manage
    look under "Security info helps keep your account secure" and make sure they have a phone and email listed.

    If any are missing please add them. If Any ARE listed delete and re-add them. And Save Changes.

    Then Restart Console Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide. Select Settings. > Select Restart console. > Select
    Yes to confirm.

    Once the Console Has restarted you should be able to send messages.

    I can receive messages, but cannot send them. I have tried to enter my phone number, but I don't get any code. The email I used is from my iPad, does that have something to do with it? I beg for help !! \•-•/

    I have the same problem. Messaging seems to work fine, except for saving of the conversation.
