Message from Xbox Live

I just received a strange message from Xbox Live. All it said was "Xbox 360 Dashboard". I tried looking at it on my 360 and it's the same message. Anyone have any idea what that's about?

Got a Message from Fizzie on Xbox live with a code. I traded the game in after I beat it so if anyone wants the code let me know.

Well, I missed that.

But I have received a message from Xbox Live about some free content for the game, because I played it.
Last year.
For about 4 hours when it was on a free trial.

Apparently it was sent in error and correct message will be sent shortly from what I've read its to do with the preview program and downloading latest update

The message is just remember your email address and password to carry over your friends and gamertag. Nothing to worry about.

I am on live now and don't have anything. But I could only guess that it was the message I got a little while ago about remember or having your email/username and password ready for when you get the X1
