Message from XBox Live

I got a message stating I have 1 month free trial yesterday but when I click on the message and Launch App it doesn't say free it says costs $4.99. I have screenshots but they won't seem to upload.

Got a Message from Fizzie on Xbox live with a code. I traded the game in after I beat it so if anyone wants the code let me know.

But I have received a message from Xbox Live about some free content for the game, because I played it.
Last year.
For about 4 hours when it was on a free trial.

Have you tried clicking on the drop down arrow next where it says xbox live gold 1 month $4.99 to see if it gives a choice of the free trial?
