Message from Xbox disappeared from my inbox [That included many game codes]

Hi people, I bought Gears of War 4 on the Windows 10 store back in November. Just recently I reinstalled the game on my new PC and at the same time I was playing on my Xbox One S. I saw that I received a message from the Xbox Team to redeem a code for Gears
1 and Gears 2. I didn't even know that I got these keys when I first bought it. So I clicked on redeem Code #1.... Blah blah blah The code was good, I got the game, but the problem is that the message disappeared out of nowhere.... so I lost my second code
for Gears of War 2.

I there a way to get it back?

You haven't lost the codes, the message only has a limited time before it disappears. You have two choices here.

1. Wait until you receive another message from Xbox Live at which time you'll see all your previous messages from them

2. Post your issue in this forum https://forums.xbox.com/en-CA/forums/0d7dc557-ea57-4938-a0e8-7f05d0a019fe_e2e46498-6402-4c6a-b958-69...

Hi, I'm in exactly the same situation. I have the email but I never redeemed my code, the message has now disappeared from my messages inbox. Is there any way to get a replacement code please? Thanks!

Thank you for this. I received the code for EA Access on July 7th, which came through my Xbox Live messages and still has a presence in my inbox. However, I have not received my code for the bonus content as advertised. The game was purchased directly
from the Microsoft Store, and the advertised bonus content which includes 50 HUT Gold Plus Packs, EASHL Equipment Bundle, and the EASHL '94 Celebration was not included.
