    Message failure while playing a backwards compatible game


    Recently when trying to reply to messages or create a new message on the 360 dashboard while playing a backwards compatible game, it doesn't let me send it. I just get a popup saying the message can't be sent. But when I reply with the Xbox one dash it works
    fine. Is this happening to anyone else? A few weeks ago I was able to reply to people off of the 360 dash but now I'm not able to do that, and I'm also getting messages later than when they were sent.

    Getting disconnected from Xbox Live but only while playing backward compatible game

    Occasionally, I will get "disconnected" from Xbox Live while playing a backward compatible game, but it will only appear that I am disconnected while playing that game. I can go back to the Xbox One home screen and it will show that I am connected and have
    no problems with my connection there. If I open the 360 guide, it will say that I need to connect to Xbox Live. I have played a few backward compatible games on Xbox One and this has only happened while playing Just Cause 2.

    Xbox 360 Backwards Compatibility

    While I don't believe this game is currently Backwards Compatible, you could always message the developers/publishers to see if they have any plans to bring this title into the programme - You can always stay up to date with the full list of Backwards

    While it is true that backwards compat is on hold. Every backwards compat licensing has to approved by the developer for that game to approve the ability of backwards compatibility. There are some developers unfortunately that will not allow there games
    to be backwards compatible .

    Yeah same here. The backwards compatibility was a total failure. The only way I could play it was to just use the ATAT on Hoth. The aiming was so messed up!
