Message don’t work.

Discus and support Message don’t work. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I found the solution to this. It is very simple. Just uninstall and re-install and it worked for me. This fixed the issue for me as well! Discussion in 'XBoX Games and Apps' started by buggs1a, Nov 20, 2017.

    I found the solution to this. It is very simple. Just uninstall and re-install and it worked for me.

    Same here. Spent an hour online with XBOX support but no success. They suggested I had a "blocker" of some kind on my iPhone. There are no settings either on the phone or in my privacy setting for Xbox that seem to prevent messaging. Besides, it works
    fine on the console or in Windows 10 on my browser. If it was an XBOX account privacy setting I am assuming it would prevent messaging on all platforms.

    I also have this issue since installing the newest version of the Xbox app.

    It worked prior to the update.

    I have no privacy settings in place.
