Message: Do not have account privileges?

hi...I received a one week ban which was supposed to end June 29th...It is 3:30 PM EST on July 2nd and I get the message "you do not have the required account privileges" when trying to log on. Can chat, etc., but cannot play NBA2K16. What is the problem?
Thanks for your help whoever reads this. Tried replying to the suspension email came back undelivered, tried posting in another forum...never posted. Have no idea how to fix this if I can't get on.

What's you're scariest/creepiest momments while playing on Xbox Live or PSN?

There was like 3-4 random people to message me saying they knew me, and the spiel was always that they were lonely 21-23 year old girls who want to talk....one said they play The Witness, yet their account was brand new, and told shim it was whack that they'd make a brand new account and first thing they do is message me.

It could be with your security settings. If you're on an xbox one. Try changing your console privacy settings to custom or adult then restart. Then try to sign in again your account and launch the game. If it still gives you the same message. You could try
to remove your account then add it back again afterwards. Its to reload it from the console. I don't think its an extension for your suspension.

Be sure to try the steps from SingCongButas25 to see if it helps. Also are you able to play other games online without any issues right now? Or is it just NBA 2K16 that's causing the problems for you.

Are you the primary user on the computer? Do you perhaps have another account that has full Administrator privileges? As Mister Parks was referring to, this error occurs when an account without Administrator privileges attempts to install the Zune software.
Can you check to see if another account on your PC has those privileges, and try installing it from that account?

Sounds like you may have a console privilege suspension.

If your main account is suspended then using a secondary account to avoid suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct.

A console privilege suspension is issued to stop you from doing this.

Any account on that console,old or new,will have the same restrictions as the suspended account.
