    message disappeared containing unused codes


    Updated my Xbox this morning, then found a message from the store with redeem codes for Gears of War 3 and Gears of War Judgement dated from November. Accidentally clicked off the message and now unable to find it again, even logged into the website and
    there is no trace of the message.

    Is there any way I can recover my old message?

    MY CODES FOR DOOM 1 AND 2 DISAPPEARED

    The message containing my codes for Doom 1 and 2 disappeared before i could actually claim them.

    Firstly, let me just say that the Xbox Forums Support team are working their way through the forum posts, and you should expect a response within 2-3 working days to this thread. Please see below for more information in the mean time.

    It sounds like your promotional message has expired - remember that all Xbox Live Messages expire after 28 days and are unrecoverable, so please make sure you redeem any codes sent to you within this time frame.

    If that is the case, a member of the Xbox Support staff will be along soon and it is possible that they might be able to retrieve your code (however, I cannot guarantee that they can recover it for you).
