    Messages wont send to anyone, there is an account on my xbox that is banned, but this just started after the new update on the console. Whenever I send a message on my xbox it says "message didn't send" but I can send messages just fine on my PC, what? Please
    help me. I did a hard reset, I signed in and out, I deleted my account and readded it, I updated my security info, and the worst part is I can't even talk with my mic either. I am not using the banned account by the way,

    Sorry to hear you're unable to send messages. Are you able to receive them without any issues? Have you also tried to send messages on xbox.com or on the Xbox App on a mobile device? Give these ideas a shot and check

    I need help fixing this. I can't send messages. When I try to send a message it tells me to check my account, I checked it I'm not banned I have gold my privacy settings are set to adult.

    I contacted Microsoft support and they were no help and kept telling me to reset my console even after I said multiple times that I tried to send a message on a different Xbox connected to a different network and other accounts on my console can send messages.They
    don't understand it's my account not my console.

    If anyone can help me with this issue I would appreciate it a lot, I haven't been able to send messages from day 1 and it's very annoying.

    I can't also create Looking by Groups posts.

    I could message from the Smartglass app before the app update. Now I can message only from the Xbox website.
