"Message didn't send" notification

I can't also create Looking by Groups posts.

I could message from the Smartglass app before the app update. Now I can message only from the Xbox website.

Sorry to hear you're unable to send messages. Are you able to receive them without any issues? Have you also tried to send messages on xbox.com or on the Xbox App on a mobile device? Give these ideas a shot and check

If there is no enforcement action in place then try this:

Go to
https://account.live.com/proofs/Manage
look under "Security info helps keep your account secure" and make sure they have a phone and email listed.

If any are missing please add them. If Any ARE listed delete and re-add them. And Save Changes.

Then Restart Console Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide. Select Settings. > Select Restart console. > Select
Yes to confirm.

Once the Console Has restarted you should be able to send messages.

My Xbox app is always having bugs like this. Also, when I try to send messages through the app, I get an error message saying that this feature is blocked. But no, I haven't blocked it. It's a glitch. So I then have to go through the console and return
messages through there. I really hope Xbox fixes this stuff at some point. I also don't get a lot of my notifications on the app. :/

I'm sure as this has happened on two phones now.
