    I got the U.E. of Gears of War 4, so I received a message with the codes to download the 4 previous Gears of War. Kept the message to download the codes later, and all of a sudden the message is no longer in my inbox. can you please help?

    I lost my gears of war 4 promo codes

    I bought gears of war 4 and i got a message from microsoft containing

    gears of war 1 , 2 and 3 codes for xbox 360 and I didn't use the codes

    because I didn't need them but now i need them and the message is

    deleted and I can't find the codes

    Xbox Message Center    . After receiving the codes, we strongly suggest that you save a copy. Messages are retained for a maximum of 30 days; after which they are automatically deleted. 

    If the codes are still unavailable we recommend that you contact our Xbox Chat Support so they can check if the codes were successfully sent to the correct account.
