Message containing fallout 3 code expired and deleted itself

Hi after pre-ordering fallout 4 and getting the code for fallout 3 I didn't redeem the code and now the message has expired and deleted itself. Is there any way for me to get the message back or is it possible Microsoft or the game publisher will send me
a new code even or am I just ***?

- I preordered Fallout 4

- recieved promo code for Fallout 3

- Was unable to download due to Fallout 4's release date

- message expired

- Now I'm sad
