Message codes deleted

i preordered rainbow six siege for xbox one and i accidentally deleted the messages that had the codes for rainbow six vegas and vegas 2... is there anyway for me to get them back.

To clarify, which codes are you referring to? Are you referring to the Gears of War collection that includes Gears of War 1, 2, 3 and Gears of War: Judgement?

Deleted Codes Message

I accidentally deleted the message containing my Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition pre-order redeemable codes. Is there a way I can retrieve them?

 

Hi there!

As far as I'm aware, once a message has been deleted, it cannot be recovered.

My advice would be to write down (or redeem) any codes that are sent to you as soon as possible to ensure that you don't lose out.

It is possible that Xbox Support might be able to track the codes down for you - they will reply here for you in the next couple of working days.
