    I have managed to download the content I have had problems with. I moved my xbox to a friends house and tried it there and presto it worked without issue. Possibly has to do with the different wireless type from the one I have. Other than that I have no
    idea but at least its downloaded.

    Hello Bethany,

    Sorry about the issue with downloading the app. Are you downloading this on an Xbox One or on a PC? If on an Xbox One you can try

    troubleshoot game or app install    . Also you can try
    Power Cycle     console, once you power cycle then go straight to store and try to re-install app.
