Message box freezes

Discus and support Message box freezes in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Sometimes, when i pull up a message box, either to post in a chat or to send a message, it freezes.     Message box freezes


    Sometimes, when i pull up a message box, either to post in a chat or to send a message, it freezes. When this happens, i cant get rid of it in anyway except via power cycling my console. Please fix this bug.

    Microsoft Jigsaw Befritzed

    MS Jigsaw freezes when blank (either black or white) ad box is displayed for a week or so. The entire screen freezes, can only go to task box to close it.

    Booted x box and got the "Update Available" message, rolled to upgrade, started applying, and got the message no internet connection, whilst my PC was showing that i have full access to net. after that x box crashed on the spinning circle screen, will not
    accept any input, only off and on, when rebooted, it goes back to the spinning grey loop and freezes... any ideas PLEASE !!

    HDMI passthrough freezes (dropouts?)

    I keep having issues with the freezing, but I also keep getting the "we've lost your TV signal, please make sure your cable or satellite box is on and plugged in to xbox one" (or something to that effect), then my picture will come back frozen, then work
    for about a minute, then freeze, and on & on. I am sooooo frustrated! Just wondering if you also got the lost tv signal message as well? I have HDMI splitter, but it's not powered. It's just a little box that does 3 into 1. Not sure if I can do anything with
    it. My cable box is a Motorola from Cox Cable, DVR, HD btw

    As soon as the box says "Turn In" in green back out and save. Never freezes that way.
