Message Banned in xbox 1 messaging is broken

My account is D3adlych1ck3n. I literally said one bad word. All's you haft to do is say one bad word and they just haft to report the same thing three times. You made it where your program only is programmed to catch the bad words only. Like c'mon, fine
Banned me from messaging. Hey, what about the jerk that tbagged me in the game, what about the guy that is being a jerk in messaging, what about that guy messaging me foul language. where is his punishment

? If you are going to tell me that I have unsporting behaver, go do something else, then fine. At least don't banned me from messaging me friends. At least let me finish my messaging. Or at least banned me from messaging that one guy. Don't banned me from
messaging everyone else.

It only takes one valid report for someone to get suspended,not three.

That report is then looked at by a person,not a program or a bot.

A communication suspension is just that,you are suspended from all communication over xbox live.Wouldn't be much of a punishment if you were only suspended from talking to one person would it?

All the info you need to prevent being suspended again has already been posted so nothing more to add.

If you think someone has violated the Code of Conduct just report that person or block him. Retaliating violates the Code of Conduct and is subject to enforcement acts.

I completely understand how you feel, personally I avoid sending messages to people. If they end up teamkilling you or griefing you in some way the best way to handle it is to file a report. It keeps you from getting in trouble at least.

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with enforcement issues. You would have been sent a message to the email associated with your account that gives more info on the suspension though. Be sure to check your junk/spam folders just in
case.

You can also log in to
https://enforcement.xbox.com and click on the handshake icon. From there you can see the reason and duration of the action as well as open a case review with the PET if available.

Please note that a case review is only available for suspensions longer than 24 hours and the PET can take up to 48 hours to respond.

If you see someone doing something against the terms of use or code of conduct of Xbox Live then please be sure to report them. Do not send them messages as some people like to troll others just to get a rise out of them. Then turn around and report them.

You can report someone by going to their bio and selecting Report or Block then follow the instructions provided.
