    I received a message from xbox live saying that when i bought call of duty modern warfare, the payment didn't go through and was never charged and on the 12th of february i will be prompted to buy it again. The problem i have is that i pre-ordered the
    game before it was released so why am i only getting a message now. I've checked my bank statement and the money for the game was taken out of my bank when i bought it

    First thing to check would be your Microsoft Account, look under Payments & Billing > Order History to see pending charges and past charges to verify the items there. You'd want to also check logins for your account and verify that it's secure. Where
    did you receive the message? On Xbox Live?
