Messaage and Party Chat block?

I was playing 2k with some friends and in the middle of a game my party chat stops working and im unable to send messages. Why? Please help me with a fix ASAP.

Check this Xbox Site:
enforcement.xbox.com/home

It will tell you why you are suspended and for how long. Also please check your messages as this sounds like a communication suspension (along with checking your email), it will also tell you how long and why you were suspended.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have issue communicating with friends. Are you able to send messages? You may have an enforcement action not allowing you to chat. You can check on the
enforcement website. On the website make sure you are signed in, far left box should show if you have one.
