    This whole app is meant to be used for work and work related stuff, so why is this a thing? What is the fixing maneuver here, purge the whole hololens 2 device and try running it signed in to MS store with my personal email first?

    I tried many methods but couldn't get pictures and videos from hololens 2.

    I keep getting the following login window.

    It keeps asking me to reconnect but can't connect.

    If you don't have a Microsoft account created with that Gmail account you won't be able to log in, or maybe is because you have used the company account first and now you are trying to use a different account

    Yes, I have confirmed that information.

    The version is already the latest version I can update

    I think I am signed in with a personal Microsoft Account (MSA).

    I use my company account to log in to hololens 2 and download mesh app with mt personal account by gmail.

    I don't know why I can't use gmail account log in to hololens 2.

    I'm not sure if this will cause a problem.
