    Again, tried searching for this but no real clear answer...

    I have an old Xbox account that I've used since the start and it's a Gmail account. I recently started a Microsoft account with an outlook.com email. Now, Microsoft is consolidating a lot of their stuff, including Xbox, into a nice, neat profile. I'm trying
    to merge my old email which still has subscriptions, games, etc, on it into my new outlook email. Is this even possible? I mainly use Xbox for PC and currently participating in their game pass for pc beta.

    Hi Rauten! Unfortunately you cannot merge two Microsoft Accounts. You can link multiple accounts together, but that will not merge licenses for content or anything like that, it will just merge your email.

    mosthadtedslayer - That will only change the email on the account, it won't actually merge the two accounts together.

    Merging two Accounts is not possible. You could try to change the email to your hotmail/outlook adress. Maybe this will solve your issue.

    Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you cannot merge two Gamertags into one account. Two gamertags aren't even suppose to share the same email address.
