    If you create a new account, yes. If you currently have an Xbox Live account you would like to use you will not be able to merge them when you go online in the future.

    Just Signed up with Xbox Live

    If you have an xbox account. Just sign up for xbox live while on that account. There is no merging of account available on Xbox. Sorry. merging to xbox live accounts :(

    You don't, that's the simple answer.

    However you can have your accounts on the 360 and the One, they aren't restricted to the console they were created on.

    Pretty much what Vaynel said. You don't.

    TBH, they aren't 2 different accounts. It seems like they're 2 accounts because you can be logged into your account on the 360 and the X1 at the same time. However, it's the same account.

    its not merging two into a new account, if possible its to add the progress from the account in the disk (without xbox live) into a xbox live account that already exists
