    I have two gamer tags under two different email addresses, how do I merge the accounts and not lose any of my subscriptions?

    Created new profile for XB1. Can I add my old profile stats from 360?

    I set up a brand new gamer account when setting up my Xbox One (not realizing I could have carried my old 360 one across). While I much prefer the new gamer tag, I would like to be able to get the old achievements and gamer score added (merging the two accounts)
    if possible. My old (360) gamer tag is DaShowstoppa24.

    HI , you cant merge two account but if you don't want to lose the subs you can call xbox support and cancel one and recive the xbox live back but you cannot put the two together

    HI , you cant merge two account but if you don't want to lose the subs you can call xbox support and cancel one and recive the xbox live back but you cannot put the two together

    You can't merge accounts. You should just sign into the X1 with the gamer tag you used on 360. I've not done it, but there should be a way to update your email on your 360 tag.
