    Merging child accounts


    My 12 year old was insisting he had game vouchers to spend that he couldn't find in his account. After doing some digging, I discovered that he has 3 accounts, all with different email addresses. He created them when he forgot his password. Anyway, one
    of the accounts is long dormant and doesn't have money or his game records. The other 2 both have money, and he has played quite a bit on both of them, with saved games, achievements etc. All 3 accounts appear on my family list, but it looks like he would
    need to log into them in order for me to drop them from the family and as I said, he's lost the passwords to all but one. He's also lost the password to the one of the associated email addresses. If its possible just to combine them in some way that would
    be ideal, but there's no clear mechanism to do it through the user interfaces I've found either through XBox or via computer.

    Sorry, but it is not possible to merge accounts or transfer anything between accounts.

    If she is on a child account, unfortunately there is no way to convert that from an offline account to a Live account. It would have had to be created as a Live account originally.

    It's no longer possible to create a child account on the console. When you create a new account on the website you can download it to the console, but there is no way to merge accounts or transfer anything from one account to another.
