Mergest Kingdom transfer

Hello,

I play Mergest Kingdom from the MS Store, have an MS Account but cannot transfer my game to a new PC. It makes me start over and I've spent a lot of money on this game. Please help me locate the files I need to transfer or tell me how to do it before I have to turn my old PC back into work.

I have tried signing in to my account on the new PC. When I installed the game it reset to new.

I have tried searching for the game but nothing shows up on the explorer search

Hi Josef,

I am only able to copy the game ID to a clipboard. There are no other options under settings. Only sounds and language. I have tried to ask support but received no reply.

The game doesn't give you the option to link or connect your Microsoft account or a service account to upload your progress?
Or inside the game is not a "transfer" button or something similar buddy?

When you launch the game you should see that it's syncing. Also, on your settings, you should see at least an account connected, it can be a social media account as well.

Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

You may need to repair the game by following the steps below:

Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Search for the game > Advanced Options > Repair.

After that restart your PC.

In regards to your question, this will really depend with the game support.

Sorry to hear that, if you lost progress for this game you may need to reach the developer / game creators to see if they can rollback/restore the progress .

Just as a last advise, if your grand daughter plays the game on different devices usually the best option is leave opened the game for a couple minutes after every game session (sometimes the upload to the cloud can take a while) and then close the game
