    Merge two Microsoft accounts


    Hello,

    I accidentally set up a Minecraft Dungeons account with the wrong Microsoft Email account. I didn't realize until another family member tried to add me as a friend. So now I have 2 Xbox gamertags and stats on both accounts. Is there any way to merge the two accounts without losing levels, progress, purchases, and funds?

    Example:

    J. Doe "gamertag1" *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** -- Minecraft

    J. Doe "gamertag12345" *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** -- Minecraft Dungeons

    Can these two gamertags be merged into "gamertag1" without losing the game progress in Dungeons and purchases made in the Microsoft store? If so, how?

    Hi Rauten! Unfortunately you cannot merge two Microsoft Accounts. You can link multiple accounts together, but that will not merge licenses for content or anything like that, it will just merge your email.

    They are based on the same servers under the Microsoft account (e-mail address) they're registered under. You cannot merge two accounts with two different Microsoft accounts.

    you can put link some things by putting both accounts into the same family, but I'm unsure if I will solve your problem.

    I have a xbox account with lot of content already and I have a Microsoft Windows Account with content.

    What should I do now with my xbox and my windows 10 devices ?

    I have Groove on Windows 10 but I cannot use it on my xbox because I have a different account there and there is no way of a different login.

    Have you got a solution for me too ?

    Deleting my accounts ? Delete my xbox account ?

    I would like to use my xbox account with my windows 10 account information.
