Merge profiles

    Profile Merge

    A phone factory reset will remove the account on there now. Then when you set up just sign up with your xbox live account information. You will loose the angry birds game though

    Hello,

    Assuming you are not interested in keeping the gamertag which is associated with your Live ID, you can actually accomplish what you want. As the first poster says, you can't merge your two gamertags, but you can migrate your current Live gamertag to another
    Live ID and then associate your offline profile with your Live ID to enable you to use that profile online. See more information at this page:

    Offline profile merge with newer live profile

    Sorry, but you cannot merge two profiles together. You have already created an online profile. You cannot add or merge an offline profile to it.

    From the Xbox Dashboard, I think you can either download the Zune app, or if it's installed already, perhaps you can log into that to listen to your music? Sorry, haven't used Zune before.

    I didn't know that. I just did it using my computer. Nothing prompted or told me to do it through my xbox when I was doing the purchase.
