    I just got an xbox one, wasn't thinking and registered a new profile with my new email address. Today I decided to try my old account from a 360 I had several years ago, and it worked. Is there any way to migrate my old trophies, avatar, etc to my new email
    address?

    why would it be bad customer service no service offers such services as it's not even possible

    Name one sevice that allows it

    This prevents creating and other unauthorized things like selling accounts or dlc

    So since noone even offers such services and is a clear violation of the terms of use of many services why would it be bad customer service when noone does it?

    you have never been able to combine any account on any gaming services ever

    Or transfer nytbjng as their terms of use of any sercifes prevent ig

    I just found my Xbox 360 account from way back, and i'd really like yo get my ~25k G to my new Main Acc.

    Not possible att all even with manual help from the chat/support? I can Verify both accounts.

    Afraid not.

    Achievements,avatar items etc. are linked to the account that unlocked them & you can't merge accounts.

    Sadly you cannot merge Xbox Accounts the closest thing available to account merging is making the other account your home.

    Hi Rauten! Unfortunately you cannot merge two Microsoft Accounts. You can link multiple accounts together, but that will not merge licenses for content or anything like that, it will just merge your email.

    Hey mate, if you have tenure on different accounts, there is no way to merge any detail of your accounts, so tenure, Gamerscore, marketplace items, cannot be merged.

    No. Unfortunately accounts cannot be merged and nothing is transferrable between accounts
