    Merge Account Possible?


    Hello,

    I have recently used EA Access, and I noticed that my old account from many years ago still had access to it. I had thought it got stolen from me, and could not seem to ever get it back so I decided to make a new account and move one. Seeing that
    it has the same name I thought maybe it has been inactive this whole time. I was wondering if it was possible to merge the 2 accounts and keep my current name. It is not a big deal since I had lost that account a very long time ago.

    Hi there,

    regarding the initial question about Merging accounts, I'm afraid that is not possible.

    Since it seems to be a complex issue I advise is to contact Xbox Support again regarding the issue, so they can take an in depth look on what exactly causing the current issue, so they can advise what steps are needed to try and fix the issue.

    There is no way to merge accounts, Not sure if you call support for GFWL if they will be able to do anything for you. But its worth a shot.
