Mercenary DLC pack

Just over 10 days ago, I purchased 3 months of Xbox Live from the Microsoft Store. On the same page it mentions the Mercenary DLC pack for Sea of Thieves. The problem is, I haven't received a digital code for it yet. Any solution to be found?

I purchased the 3 month gold subscription Mercenary Pack deal and still have yet to get my DLC code

The mercenary packs were exclusive to select retailer based content packs and not available in all regions or through all retailers.

You would want to reach out to the retailer who sold you the 3 months of Gold to see if they took part in that promotion.

in their Xbox Message Center by 5/31/2018.

i also haven't received mine it has been since the 17th of april i believe and my husband hast either!!!!!!!
