    Menu won’t open


    whenever I press the big glowing home/menu button, the screen gets a little darker as if the menu opens, but the menu doesn’t actually open. I still have full control of everything, and the screen goes back to normal after I press the button again. How can
    I get it to open the menu?

    guide buttons not working

    Occasionally my xbox guide will glitch out, making it so when i press A on a tile, it shows the animation as usual, but the app/menu won’t open. Then i have to restart my xbox. Anyone else have this issue?

    Thanks, however I’m unable to navigate menus as the controller won’t allow me to. In any case I have now sent my controller back to Microsoft, having finally got them to open a case up for me by writing a complaint to their CEO.

    The Xbox status I use is from the setting menu, not the game menu.

    Even before I start to launch any game, the Xbox won’t recognize the TV as 4K 120 capable. And that is weird.

    Unfortunately, the real issue is that the console won’t go to the home menu when it turns on, it just starts trying to apply the update. Most of the solutions require being able to access the menus and settings, which I cannot get to.

    But can you play it? if you were a yes, you could create a shortcut or group to be able to access it quickly, if you can't play it you enter your xbox account from pc and try to inslay it from there look in "my games" should appear there, if it does not
    appear, check your purchase from your micro profile osoft on my payments and billings has to appear if I actually made the purchase
