    Menu & performance lagging and slow


    So I've tried everything based from...

    Reseting factory reset

    And kept on hard restarting the xbox

    Still lags can't even access my profile without it sometimes lagging and freezing

    Now even have to wait more than 10 minutes for it to start as well...eg stays stuck on this screen

    I can advise you one more thing, in case you didn't try it could be nice perform an offline update for your console.
    In that way Xbox system will be installed from scratch.
    For this you need a USB and PC to format it and transfer files provided in the link below (with detailed steps and requirements):

    If the offline update doesn’t work the next step is get inspected and repaired the console in the closest authorized retailer or where original parts are used

    Could be a hardware issue / a problem with the HDD, but before concluding that please tell me:

    What console do you have?
    When you factory reset the console, did you selected keep games and apps or removing everything?
    Are you using an insider build / beta OS on it?

    I have a xbox one

    I factory reset and selected remove everything but still the problems occurred

    And I don't have a insider build/ OS on it
