    Hi i'm getting an error when a hit the big "X" button (the x button on on the top of the controller) I get an error that say's, "Give it another try. If it happens again, let us know by entering
    0x90010108 at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate. You might find help for your task here on Xbox. press the menu button on your controller, then choose Help." I tried again but it didn't work, I tried to look up
    0x90010108 on xbox.com/errorhelp but I couldn't find anything. So can someone help me on how to fix this please and thank you.

    Hey Guys! Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far? I would suggest starting with a

    power cycle     of the console to see if that helps. Additionally, do either of you have an external hard drive connected to the console? If so, I would suggest disconnecting it and seeing if it helps resolve the issue. Post back and let us know!
