Hola. Es la primera vez que hago una consulta en un foro y no se si es el conducto correcto. La cuestion es que hay un jugador
(mod removed-personal information) que desde hace tiempo me hace la vida imposible en un juego(xboxone), hasta aqui "normal". El problema ha venido hoy ya que ha empezado a enviarme mensajes amenazantes diciendome que me vaya del servidor.
Mi pregunta es como puedo reportar a esta persona para que me deje en paz ( a nivel mensajes no en el juego)g. para antemmi es deimportante anopor que mis peques también utilizan la consola y no quiero que se crucen con esta persona. Gracias de antemano y

Hola pedritoh antes que nada lamento mucho tu situacion.

Mira no te preocupes, tu puedes bloquear a las personas para que ya no tengan contacto contigo

El proceso es muy fácil, ve al perfil y veras la opción de bloquedo y reportar perfil.

Cuando lo reportas, el equipo de Xbox Live, revisa el perfil y todo lo que pasa.

Ya si ellos detectan estos mensajes la persona puede ser baneado de Xbox Live.

Al mismo tiempo cuando lo bloqueas, no te podrán llegar mensajes, invitaciones, etc de ese perfil.

Tambien te recomiendo que hagas un perfil de niño para tus hijos y asi tengan un juego mas seguro para ellos.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. The best thing to do is report the profile, then block and ignore them. Enforcement will get the reports, also if they sending you direct messages on Xbox you can report them messages directly. Other than
