Memoria esterna non rilevata e il controller non risponde ai comandi [Translation -...

Ho un grosso problema con la nuova memoria esterna che ho comprato (una settimana fa), in pratica la Xbox non la rileva più, ho provato più e più volte a riavviare o staccare la memoria e ri attaccarla ma nulla, ho provato tutti i "consigli"
che da il supporto ma nulla, quando l'attacco dopo qualche secondo il controller non risponde più (e lampeggia) e la memoria non viene più rilevata, se sto giocando ad un gioco su di essa, questo si chiude e mi manda offline riconnettendomi poco dopo, per
quel poco tempo che mi da di agire ho provato a formattarla ma non è cambiato Nulla, non so cosa fare e penso che il cavo abbia qualche problema e l'unica teoria plausibile. Qualcuno può aiutarmi?
