Microsoft Account Order History and make sure you can see the transaction for the purchase of the Subscription. If it is there and you can see it in your Services section of
that same site then I suggest you remove and redownload your profile and try it again. If its still not working also uninstall and reinstall the EA Access Hub App. Give it a try and let us know how it goes!
