memberships dont work even tho they are active

hello, i recently renewed my xbox live membership aswell as my ea access membership to play the fifa 19 trial. but everytime i try to access the game it says ''unable to validate subscription'' also i cant enter parties and it says that i have to subscribe
even tho i was charged and it says that iam subscribed to both ea access and xbox live. PLEASE HELP

I dont have a wireless problem my settings are saying that they are not what they need to be even tho i have changed them in the "Xbox live privacy settings"

If the subscription shows, try the following steps

Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)

Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

Redownload your profile

If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at

Do the achievements pop up on the screen when you unlock them? I'd suggest to remove and re-download your profile on your Xbox One.

For bayoneta ans pinball FX 3, yes they pop up, not for FM7.

The problem is the same on my Xbox profil Microsoft, I'm not sur remove my profil on the one change anything ans in that moment I have the extension of Fm7 what it's donload.
