Membership Transfer

Nothing can be transferred between accounts. If you're within the first 30 days of the subscription, you can try contacting support to see if they can cancel the subscription and give you the remaining time on a token to add to the other account.

This is not true. All items/games/gold are connected to your existing account and cannot be transferred to another.

The only exception to this rule is if you accidentally put a gold membership on one account but meant to put it on another. However, in that instance you only have a short window (less than a week) to request a change.

hi sorry but from my understanding you can not transfer an Xbox live membership from one gamer-tag to another. what you can do, is block and report any accounts that have sent you threatening messages. here is a link explaining how to do that.

Unfortunately once your account is banned everything connected to it is forfeit, including any Gold time.

There is an unfortunate glitch on the website that lets banned accounts sign-in and operate as normal, even when it is in fact banned.

You could try calling Support and explaining the situation but I'm sorry to say they are unlikely to give you a redeemable token to use on another account
