    So my membership isn't functioningning I have the subscription and the info is correct the money is there the card isn't deactivated but it's still telling me I need a new subscription even tho my year isn't up.

    Membership not working?

    I just added a 12 month to my account. When I look at my subscription it appears as added, yet, I can't play multiplayer. It basically acts as if I don't have gold at all.





    - I have tried signing out and back in.

    - Restarting my Xbox.

    - Checking internet connection, multiplayer connection and NAT.



    - I have even tried deleting my profile from my Xbox and reading it!!

    I tried talking to someone, but haven't been able to get ahold of anyone. Over an hour of waiting and I could use some help. Thanks!
