Membership for a year reward

A couple weeks ago I saw a challenge that said keep your membership going for an entire year and you get 400 vip credits, and my 12 month membership ended on the 23rd of this month so I was expecting to get the reward but never did.

Pending Rewards From a Year Ago and No XBL Status

Hello,

I've had quite a few rewards that have been pending for over a year now. Also, according to the Rewards website, I don't have a XBL membership although I've had one for 14 years. Is something wrong on my account?

Missing reward points

I haven't been earning rewards on purchases for this year. latest examples are no reward for renewing gold membership, no points for purchasing Inside or GoW4.

Can someone look into this please? GT: AIM1

Since gems only started on October 1, it would not be possible to have completed that offer yet.

microsoft rewards is great for being able to earn multiple 12 month memberships per year, It's far better than xbox live rewards.

Also its worth downloading the microsoft rewards app on your xbox as there are extra rewards for fulfilling things that way aswell.

I have had membership for years I did not once cancel my membership I've always had it on auto renewal. I have 2750 credits pending. Also why didn't I get any rewards for the past 2 years while I've had my account on auto renewal???

You do know that you won't be able to do any of your Ambassador duties like the Ambassabank without having a gold membership right? This was told to you months ago, and you're not understanding it. If you do not have a gold membership (paid membership) you
cannot earn any tenure, XP, or rewards.

This is a requirement for everyone - regardless of if you're new or if you've been in the program for a year. You
need a gold membership in order to participate and earn tenure, xp, and rewards.
