    Hi there, my membership has run out, I'm trying to use trial period membership but it won't allow me it's says I already have gold membership. But it run out on the 28/2/17 I checked my subscriptions.

    Any ideas how to sort this out please.

    Haven't been able to renew Gold account. Now I can't connect to free?

    Have the Same Problem... but i have a Free Membership until the 01.11.11... yesterday everything was fine... but today i cant connect to Xbox Live... the error is an Connection Failure... can´t help...

    Xbox live gold membership card failure

    Hey I noticed there was only a few days left for gold on my xbox one and I bought a 12 month card. I came home and punched in the codes on the card but even after restarting my system and waiting til the next day it says today I have one day to renew gold.
    Is it going to be there tomorrow? i used the codes and everything but in my featured tabs it says one day left. there's no reason I should have to buy two so what happened??

    Connecting fine until 3 days ago...

    if you are in the middle of a match of anything and get disconnected, it is usually a good idea to check the network settings. power outages, failure to pay your internet bill, failure to pay your membership fees, and cheating are the only reasons i know
    of for getting booted out of the middle of a game. if this happens, always check to see if you have power to your internet device and try restoring your connection to factory settings.

    they can't be used to buy xbox live gold memberships as a payment option.

    It states that debit cards can't be used at this moment.

    I suggest using the debit card to buy a xbox live gold subscription prepaid card at a local store

    Hello DesiredSoup7110. Try to use the code again. If you get the error message like something went wrong, log in your account to commerce.microsoft.com. Click on the billing tab and go to purchase history. You have to make sure that you do not have any pending
    payment. If there is, you will need to settle it first before you can redeem the code.
