Discus and support Membership cancellation in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; It says here in my mail that the triall and the 1 month membership i bought was cancelled.     Its the second time already I am buying live gold, receieve the letter that I receive the status gold and at once receive the another notice that I have canceled the status.

    Umm, there's a difference between disabling auto-renewal and CANCELLING the membership. You my friend, have cancelled your Membership, not the automatic renewal.

    You can cancel it on the xbox dashboard by scrolling all the way to the right. Choose Accounts then choose Memberships. You'll be able to cancel the Zune trial/membership from there.
