    This is gettin ridiculous now

    Despite numerous posts asking what's going on and no replies and "standard answers" my 116,000 credits that I have earned through countless purchases totalling over a thousand pounds are still not depositing

    I have checked and rechecked my billing info and verified loads of times that it's correct to no avail... so please , is there someone there that ACTUALLY knows what's going on???

    Hi ItsGameOverNow. The last deposit made to your account was on August 12, 2015. This deposit issue began in September 2015. Unfortunately, there is not yet a resolution to the deposit issue you are having. The Payment Operations team is working on it. Once

    We see that there is currently an internal issue where our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process. This is an issue that we are working on resolving
    with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. Unfortunately, we no longer have the ability to perform manual
    deposits. We apologize for the inconvenience.
