member for 4 years lots of money spent and yet still 1 star?

Hey there ive been a member on rewards for 4 years now and to this day with hundreds even maybe a few thousand dollars spent on the market place im still a 1 star vip with it only being at 31%!!! I asked support and he said that there was a new policy where
at the start of each year ill be put up one star level but idk he gave me a reference number if it helps it is 1396808609 . but im still confused on why after 4 years im not higher than a 1 star or where even most my credits go because everytime i fill it
to 5000 im not getting the 5 dollars so can you explain?

My old Xbox live account [mod removed] has been banned for life. i been a member for over 4 years and spent a lot of money in the past 4 years and not i get banned for life. i would really i to know why i got banned for life.

i have been with microsoft for over 4 years and spending a ton of money with you guys, and i have never gotten a reward, i have seen my friends get 2 weeks xbox live and i cant get anything yet for all the money i have spent.

 

VIP is based on how much you spend each year, not your entire time on Live. Ranks reset each January so in order to maintain or raise your level, you have to spend the same amount or more each year. Keep in mind that subscriptions, in-game consumables, and
preorders do not count towards VIP.

In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time or they'd count towards your VIP rebates. Anything that does count towards another offer on the site will not also count towards your rebate,
even if you do not complete the offer.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards). Additionally, you can use
your MyStatement to see all your deposit dates, then use those dates to look up the deposits as currency on your commerce page (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative
amount. For example, your last deposit in February was spent on DLC in mid-March.
