Member Content Privilege issues on XBOX with Phone

Trying to add friends in Kingdom's and Lords, and it tells me that the member content privilege is turned off. Directs me to xbox.com/en-us/live.

I go into privacy settings, and there are no games listed under content permissions, but I notice it says Xbox One on the top of the page.

Am I just getting re-directed to the newer xbox settings? How can I manage this for my phone? I do not have an xbox console.

I can't change my member content.

Hi, I can not change my content and I can not play Minecraft online. Whenever I try to change the content of my member, she shows me an
error - 8C150009. I bought a gold Xbox live card and I do not want to waste it. Whenever I try to play Minecraft on the Internet, I get this message-" Failed to create this game session because one of your local players has a Member Content
privilege setting that is too restrictive. Either change your Member Content privilege setting or uncheck the "Online Game" box to start an offline game".Please help,

I am playing Kingdoms & Lords. When I what to invite friends or fight with other it always remind me

" Member content privilege is turned off, so this session is not available.

I tried to follow this but I don't know how to solve it. Hope all of you help me to solve this problems. thanks

 

The relevant settings should be found here:
account.xbox.com/.../Home

I think all things relating to adding friends are still filed under Xbox 360 (which even covers WP), and you may want to scroll to the very bottom to also make sure that you allow the last option, "Xbox Music, Video and Windows Phone."

 

The page seems to funnel you forward, but if you hit change password, it takes you to the older format.

So I found this page:
account.live.com/.../Manage

but other games are listed there, while Kingdom's and Lords is not.. how can I add to the list, or make the game request permission?

 

Try contacting the app publisher. There may be some special setting they require in order to get it to show up. Make sure it shows up in your purchase history at windowsphone.com too.

 

Did anyone manage to fix this problem?
